1. Duvel 6.66
Duvel 6.66 (ABV 6.6%) from Duvel Moortgat Brewery is an accessible beer with typical Duvel punch. Heavenly soft in taste, aromatic and refreshingly fruity due the hop varieties used. No fewer than 6 different hop varieties are used for Duvel 6.66%: like the classic Duvel, it's based on Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. The flavor is balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, along with orange zest. Dry-hopped and refermented in the bottle, it pours sunny yellow-gold and slightly hazy with a billowy white head. This Duvel is mild, expressive, and deliciously drinkable. 11.2 oz bottle.
2. Pinthouse - Bearded Seal (Dry Irish Stout) - 5.5% ABV
This is a stronger version of a traditional Dry Irish Stout. Somewhere in between a true Dry Irish and a big imperial stout that captures some of the intensity of a higher abv beer but remains drinkable and complex.
3. St. Elmo - Amber - 5% ABV
Amber is an amber lager made with a blend of Pilsner, Munich, and Crystal malts and gently hopped with Tettnanger. An ode to the rich and refreshing Lagers that created the modern craft beer scene. Amber provides a gentle caramel sweetness that delivers the perfect combo of flavor and drinkability.

6. Hold Out - New Juice Goofin (New England Hazy) - 6.9% ABV
Another exploration into the realm of perfectly-pillowed hazy IPA’s. Brewed with goofy amounts of flaked oats and malted wheat, with a velvety kiss of steamed caramel malt, all for the love of that silky body. Dry-hopped with all the pounds of Sabro, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Talus for a punchy patch of pineapple melon balled madness.
West Coast IPA brewed with Chinook Dynaboost, hand-selected Cascade T90, Columbus Cryo, Chinook T90, hand-selected Simcoe T90, and Simcoe Hyperboost

Only distinguished by the “big” and “little” identifier this pair add joy to our day and add terror to all lizards days.

13. St. Elmo + Spokesman Coffee - VAYA (Coffee Cream Ale) - 5.9% ABV
Vaya is our first and favorite collaboration beer with our homies at Spokesman coffee. Most coffee beers are dark, roasty, and already taste like coffee from the grain used. Vaya is our effort to create a bright beer that lets the coffee take more of a central role in the flavor of the product. For the 2026 batch, we incorporated a generous amount of Madagascar Vanilla beans in addition to old-fashioned oats and milk sugar. On top of that, we added a specially-roasted coffee blend by Spokesman - known as the "Vaya!" blend. This year's blend was two washed Mexican beans split 50/50 - VCR and Puebla.Vanilla Latte- Coffee and Cream
14. Zilker - Battle Vest (Fruited Kettle Sour) - 5.5% ABV
This blood red sour was made for our friends at The Lost Well! Great balance of sweet/tart. Notes of pomegranate, cherry, and blackberry.
15. Texas Keeper - Goldrush - 7.5% ABV
The 2019 crop of GoldRush was true to form, with a crisp, citrus quality during pressing. We selected a combination of yeast strains to help round and soften the palate. Aged on lees to increase texture and to bring out toasted notes, this combination brought a hint of the creaminess of lemon meringue pie to the tart grapefruit and Meyer lemon. It’s our citrus sketch, perfect for pairing with a variety of cheeses and desserts.
16. Texas Keeper - No.1 - 7.5% ABV
Texas Keeper No. 1 is our flagship cider. It’s crafted from 3-12 apple varieties fermented individually and blended to build a well-balanced, dry cider with notes of ripe pear and melon, subtle rosewater and honeysuckle, with a crisp green apple finish. We ferment the apple varieties in small lots (~300 gallons) on heavy lees to increase fermentation nutrition and add complexity. We try our hardest to keep the ferments cool during fermentation with temperatures peaking at 56F. This cool, long fermentation helps preserve delicate fruit esters. No oak is generally used – we wanted to present the delicacy of the fruit. The ferments for No.1 are racked off heavy lees following fermentation and aged for at least six months on light lees with occasional batonnage. We allow the lots to go through spontaneous malolactic fermentation, which helps soften and broaden the palate of the final blend. The cider is unfiltered in order to keep as much of the complexity intact. We feel a light carbonation best suits Texas Keeper No. 1. It is our example of what we feel great cider should taste like.

18. Buddha’s Brew - Rotating Seasonal
Buddha's Brew kombucha is equally tantalizing, invigorating and rejuvenating. Organic ingredients and fair trade tea are used in our brewing process.
