1. Duvel 6.66
Duvel 6.66 (ABV 6.6%) from Duvel Moortgat Brewery is an accessible beer with typical Duvel punch. Heavenly soft in taste, aromatic and refreshingly fruity due the hop varieties used. No fewer than 6 different hop varieties are used for Duvel 6.66%: like the classic Duvel, it's based on Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. The flavor is balanced by adding four expertly selected hop varieties to the mix, along with orange zest. Dry-hopped and refermented in the bottle, it pours sunny yellow-gold and slightly hazy with a billowy white head. This Duvel is mild, expressive, and deliciously drinkable. 11.2 oz bottle.
2. Roughhouse - Cowboy Cookie - 7% ABV
This year’s party beer was inspired by the cookie with a big ol’ Texas stamp of approval and one that Laura Bush made famous after winning a cookie bakeoff in Family Circle Magazine during the 2000 campaign election. It’s a hearty beer to stand up to this winter weather. Not a pastry stout, but enough satisfying sweetness to make you crave an actual cowboy cookie...which we’ll have fresh baked for ya to pair! WE TASTE: dark chocolate, sharp nuttiness, smooth and chewy body with light sweetness
3. 512 - Whiskey Barrel Aged Double Pecan Porter - 9.5% ABV
Whiskey Barrel Aged Double Pecan Porter is a robust porter accented by organic Texas grown roasted pecans and subtly enhanced by aging in recently emptied oak whiskey barrels for two months. Notes of chocolate, coffee and pecan marry with the subtle flavors of vanilla and whiskey to make this a wonderful warmer worth savoring.

7. Good Line - Automatic Flowers (Double West Coast IPA) - 8.2% ABV
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo enjoy this big ol' Westy Banger chock full of Simcoe, Cryo Columbus, Mosaic, Cascade, Chinook, Strata HyperBoost, and dry hopped with Flash Frozen Cryo Fresh Mosaic. You know, the good stuff.
8. Pinthouse - Man O' War - 6.5% ABV
It could be argued that our brewers are more than just a little obsessed with hops... This obsession led to the creation of our flagship IPA, Man O' War, an aggressively dry-hopped IPA with a huge hop display of tropical citrus, grapefruit, and resinous pine. A brew for those who truly love and appreciate all of the goodness that comes from those delicious little green cones. Is it excessive to use over 5lbs/bbl of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Azacca in each batch of Man O' War? We don't think so!
9. Austin Beerworks - Treeboys - 4.5% ABV
This beer goes out to as Candace our bartender says “The Real OG’s”. Tree boys Kölsch was created from a group of regulars that have been around since the ol’ days of ABW. If you don’t know, during the pandemic of 2020 we were only able to sell Beer to-go for a period of time. The taproom was closed. These guys showed up almost everyday, purchased some beer, walked across the street, and enjoyed their beers beneath the shade of a giant oak tree. It’s folks like this that keep us going through all these years, and damn is this Kölsch perfect! 🍻 Cheers to you Tree Boys!! And Everyone else that has continued to support us throughout all the crazy years. Be it a 6pack from the grocery, a social media share, a pour from your local bar, or just enjoying our beer from time to time. We are forever grateful, and hell-bent on enjoying some Tree Boys for each and every one of you!!

Floral, light citrus and pepper notes. Slight malt sweetness, crisp up front bitterness that precedes the floral, peppery hop notes.
13. Saint Arnold - Hefeweizen - 5.1% ABV
Our Hefeweizen stays true to German brewing conditions: high amount of wheat, multiple mash steps… and no dry hop. However, we did put some American influence on it by using Strata hops from the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy the banana and clove aroma, balanced by a honey and biscuit malt character.
14. Zilker - The BIG Sour - 8.5% ABV
A flavor explosion of tart cranberry and Montmorency cherries, with notes of Concord grape & blueberry backbone.
15. Texas Keeper - Honey Thief - 9.5% ABV
It’s November which means our Cyser, Honey Thief is back! Cysers are, quite simply, an apple and honey co-ferment. In our case we ferment the apples dry. This year's Honey Thief is made from Honeycrisp and Fuji and apples double fermented with Goodflow Texas wildflower honey. The result is a brilliant combination of orange blossom, honeysuckle, jasmine, crisp apple and nectarine. The Cyser was delicately back-sweetened with a touch of honey adding a slight silkiness to the finish. Pairs perfectly with duck, pork, shrimp and crab. And here’s a fun fact! The label for our Honey Thief bottle, designed by the lovely and talented local artist, Elaine Shen, is inspired by an ancient cave drawing (this one over here to the left). There’s evidence to suggest that humans were gathering honey as far back as 15,000 years ago. This would have been before farming or domestication, so these hunters and gatherers would actually have just been stealing the honey. Hence the name, Honey Thief. In this cave drawing from Arana Cave near Valencia, Spain, the figure is removing honey from a natural hive hanging off of a cliff. Can you imagine the kind of guts that would take??? No wonder honey was likely only available for religious ceremonies at this point.
Multiple lots of American heirloom apples, double-fermented with extra dark Belgian Candi and steeped with pecans. Belgian Candi, made from beet and date sugar, is a classic component of Dubbel and Trippel Ales. 50% of the cider was aged in cognac, Chardonnay, port, bourbon and rum barrels for 2 years. Dark fruit and coffee notes from the candi combine with ripe pear characteristics from the apples, and the extended aging rounded the stout cider out with complexity and depth.
16. Texas Keeper - Noir - 11.4% ABV
Cider Noir is our herald of winter and it is back for your cozying, merrymaking pleasure.
