1. Brasserie Dupont - Saison Dupont (Belgian Saison) - 6.5% ABV
The legendary Saison Dupont. Brewed since 1844 in our farm-brewery, it has since made a name for itself around the world! Regarded as a classic Belgian seasonal ale, this traditional beer was designed to quench the thirst of seasonal farm workers. Brewed in winter, it was left to ferment for several months in wooden barrels before being served in summer. Now one of our biggest exports, Saison Dupont sets the standard when it comes to Belgium’s brewing traditions.

4. Pinthouse - Bearded Seal (Dry Irish Stout) - 5.5% ABV
This is a stronger version of a traditional Dry Irish Stout. Somewhere in between a true Dry Irish and a big imperial stout that captures some of the intensity of a higher abv beer but remains drinkable and complex.
5. Pinthouse - Training Bines (Hazy IPA) - 7% ABV
Training Bines forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a wonderfully complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from some of the Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic Lupulin Powder, and the Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable, dank, and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop and the farmers who grow it.
6. Hold Out - Simcoe Superhighway (West Coast IPA) - 5.7% ABV
Collaboration we cooked up with @troubadourmaltings & @yakimachief in celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Simcoe. The timing of this collab coincides with two important moments in the beer industry: the commencement of the annual hop harvest, and the start of Craft Malt Month, both of which represent the myriad ways in which we work so closely with our agricultural partners. For this IPA we chose Troubadour’s Super Pevec Pilsner malt as a base, on which we built layer upon layer of all things Simcoe - Oregon grown T90, Washington grown Cryo, Simcoe American Noble, and Simcoe Hyperboost. The end result is a perfect pit stop of piney orange marmalade, ripe peachy stone fruit, and a lil kiss of sweet dank. Now available on draft.

15. Texas Keeper - Honey Thief - 9.1% ABV
Our cyser, Honey Thief is back! Cysers are, quite simply, an apple and honey co-ferment. In our case we ferment the apples dry. After aging the cider for 6 months, we double ferment the cider by adding a blend of our very strong bluebonnet-heavy estate honey and local Texas Goodflow honey. Our honey tends to have a particularly tannic quality to it, the result of our bees foraging so much on the bluebonnets in the surrounding fields. Once dry (no sugar remains from this second ferment), we balance out the acidity and tannins with more honey from Goodflow. Thus this is actually our sweetest cider yet, but it remains characteristically balanced and very silky.
16. Texas Keeper - Hopfen - 7.5% ABV
We built Hopfen with witbiers and Belgian witbiers in mind. Our goal was to marry the underlying citrus and green apple notes of the apples with the lightly hopped and spiced character of old world wheat beers. We used select yeast strains during fermentation to accentuate the right fruit characters in the base cider and dry-hopped and dry-spiced the cider to finish. Hopfen is unfiltered, finished with a lively effervescence, and of course GLUTEN FREE. Notes of lemon, pear, coriander, cloves, hallertau hops with lingering orange peel on the finish.

Non-Alcoholic, Gluten Free, Vegan.
