1) Zilker - Fruit Fest(Frutied Kettle Sour) - 5.5% ABV
Raspberry, Sicilian Lemon, Mango. FLAVOR: Raspberry once again leads the way, with lemon and watermelon supporting. Subtle earthy fruit notes underneath add balance to the bright citrus and fruit.
2) (512) - Kölsch - 4.8% ABV
(512) Kölsch is a German style beer brewed for maximum crushability and refreshment! Brewed with pilsner malt and a touch of wheat, Perle and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, and ale yeast like they still do in Köln, it’s straw colored, crisp and bright! MALT BILL: Bestmalz Pilsner & wheat malts. KEY ADDITIONS: Perle, Hallertau Mittlefruh
3) Meanwhile - Edible Colors (New Endland Hazy IPA) 6.5% ABV
Embrace the journey and feast your eyes on the edible colors in your hand. Let the flavors dance across your pallet and awake your senses. It should be a fun trip. WE TASTE: Berry, grapefruit, pineapple
4) St. Elmo + Spokesman Coffee - Vaya (Coffee Cream Ale) - 5.9% ABV
Vaya is our first and favorite collaboration beer with our homies at Spokesman coffee. Most coffee beers are dark, roasty, and already taste like coffee from the grain used. Vaya is our effort to create a bright beer that lets the coffee take more of a central role in the flavor of the product. For the 2026 batch, we incorporated a generous amount of Madagascar Vanilla beans in addition to old-fashioned oats and milk sugar. On top of that, we added a specially-roasted coffee blend by Spokesman - known as the "Vaya!" blend. This year's blend was two washed Mexican beans split 50/50 - VCR and Puebla. Vanilla Latte- Coffee and Cream
5) Austin Beerworks - Lazer Salad - 10% ABV
Long story alert! Once upon a time we are in CO and overhear guys heading to a dispensary looking for some of that sweet stanky ‘laser cabbage.’ But we (a few craft beers in) write down Lazer Salad. We laugh. Years later we decide to brew a monster double IPA using a cryo liquid nitrogen process perfected by the weed industry. It involves freezing the hops and shaking out the lupulin powder to get a truer flavor of the hops - as if you are plucking hop buds right out of the field. Fresh like eating out of the garden. So there was only one name to call it: Lupulin Cryo Weed Nitro Cabbage Salad IPA!
6) Texas Keeper - Honey Thief - 9.5.% ABV
It’s November which means our Cyser, Honey Thief is back! Cysers are, quite simply, an apple and honey co-ferment. In our case we ferment the apples dry. This year's Honey Thief is made from Honeycrisp and Fuji and apples double fermented with Goodflow Texas wildflower honey. The result is a brilliant combination of orange blossom, honeysuckle, jasmine, crisp apple and nectarine. The Cyser was delicately back-sweetened with a touch of honey adding a slight silkiness to the finish. Pairs perfectly with duck, pork, shrimp and crab. And here’s a fun fact! The label for our Honey Thief bottle, designed by the lovely and talented local artist, Elaine Shen, is inspired by an ancient cave drawing (this one over here to the left). There’s evidence to suggest that humans were gathering honey as far back as 15,000 years ago. This would have been before farming or domestication, so these hunters and gatherers would actually have just been stealing the honey. Hence the name, Honey Thief. In this cave drawing from Arana Cave near Valencia, Spain, the figure is removing honey from a natural hive hanging off of a cliff. Can you imagine the kind of guts that would take??? No wonder honey was likely only available for religious ceremonies at this point.
7) Spokesman Coffee - Cold Brew
Using a blend of two sister coffees out of Mexico - Veracruz Regional (VCR) and Puebla Regional - our cold brew showcases sweet chocolate and cherry notes. It's a beverage to keep you hydrated and caffeinated. Expect a low acidity, easy drinking pickup from a glass of Spokesman Coffee Cold Brew.
8) Gatorade - Glacier Freeze
With a legacy over 50 years in the making, it’s the most scientifically researched and game-tested way to replace electrolytes lost in sweat. Gatorade Thirst Quencher hydrates better than water, which is why it’s trusted by some of the world’s best athletes.
