1) Zilker - Island Candy (Frutied Kettle Sour) - 5.5% ABV
FRUIT: Pink Guava, Dragon Fruit, Mango, Pineapple, Calamansi Lime FLAVOR: Tropical explosion happening here. A great balance of sweet and tart!
2) Austin Beerworks - Soft Ghosts - 7.5% ABV
Soft as silk sheets with haunting notes of Peach, Melon, and Mango. A liquid spiritual experience. Hops: Azacca, HBC 682, Strata, YCH 602 Malts: Pils, Flaked Oats, Golden Naked Oats, Carafoam Yeast: OYL-011
3) St. Elmo - The Lager System 2.0 - 6.9% ABV
This beer rides on a crisp backbone of pils malt and flaked rice, fermented with our house lager yeast and generously hopped with Strata, Mosaic, and Amarillo. Expect big ol’ bursts of mandarin zest and juicy papaya followed by a clean finish layered with dank, sticky resin!
4) (512) - Helles Lager - 5.3% ABV
(512) Helles is a Munich style pale lager that’s gold in color. Super light, delicious, and perfect for the Texas heat, this beer is crisp, with notes of traditional German lager yeast and a kiss of Bestmalz Cara Pils. Enjoy!
5) Meanwhile - Mango Mayhem - 6.5% ABV
Don't like mango? That sounds like a you problem 'cause it's time for some Mango Mayhem. We went absolutely mad with mango, stacking juicy tropical chaos sky-high before a crisp, piney snap brings it all back to earth. Buckle up...this one's flying high and loaded with serious flavor. WE TASTE: Mango, Mango, Mango
6) Texas Keeper - Harrison - 8.1% ABV
Harrison Cider Apple is perhaps the most celebrated American cider variety of the 1700s. Once thought lost to history, it was rediscovered on an old cider mill farm in New Jersey in 1976;a single tree remained. Cuttings were taken, propagated, and Harrison was saved (one week before that last tree was felled). This single variety release is made up of small lots from the 2023 growing season. We aged the cider in neutral tanks to fully express the varietal. The result is an exceptional cider with peach and a slight bready funk on the nose, ripe goldenraspberry and melon on the palate and flinty citrus on the finish. 7) Spokesman Coffee - Cold Brew
Using a blend of two sister coffees out of Mexico - Veracruz Regional (VCR) and Puebla Regional - our cold brew showcases sweet chocolate and cherry notes. It's a beverage to keep you hydrated and caffeinated. Expect a low acidity, easy drinking pickup from a glass of Spokesman Coffee Cold Brew.
