This oddball coffee comes to us by way of the Palaez Jaramillo Family in the Neira municipality/Caldas department of Colombia. A naturally processed coffee is hard to find in Colombia and this one stole our hearts. Grown 1800 meters above sea level, this coffee bursts with fruit forward flavor reminiscent of your favorite childhood cereal. With a base of sweet vanilla and toasted oat, this coffee is for the sweet seekers. This coffee is also purchased as part of our importer's Shared Value system insuring that producers improve their returns over 60%, while insuring transparency, traceability, and sustainability on all parts of the value chain.

Our newest Ethiopian coffee comes to us by way of the Hambela Estate within the Guji Zone of Ethiopia. This is our first natural Ethiopian that we have offered, but our second time buying from this wonderful estate. Their coffees always retain a nice clean cup, which is especially rare to find within naturally processed coffee. Bishan Fugu has a coffee cherry berry-like sweetness that comes with naturally processed coffee, but it does not overtake the beautiful terroir of the coffee.
Our next workhorse coffee comes by way of the Nariño Department in Colombia. This fully washed coffee is a total every day jammer. Leading with notes of graham cracker and brown sugar this coffee fades away with a sweet citrus taste of tangelo or Mandarin orange. Super fresh and ready to shred on the daily.

We are pleased to offer a very special coffee by way of the Gitwenge Washing Station in Burundi. This microlot is extremely complex and continues to impress with each brew. Notes morph with each device ranging from sweet cola and raisin to savory and herbaceous.
