Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, HefeWeizen is cloudy and straw-colored with a meringue-like head that lingers to the bottom of the glass. Brewed with equal parts wheat and barley malts and few hops, this beer features a unique yeast strain that produces harmonious notes of clove, banana, and vanilla. A proper execution of the classic style, this idiosyncratic Bavarian style is perfectly at home here in Texas.

River Beer is our take on a classic style, Premium American Lager. We blend high quality German malt, fresh hops and the finest lager yeast to create a beer of extra fine quality and superb drinkability. In the glass, the beer is crystal clear, crystal clean and pairs well with 5 more. Light and bready malt character blends with a slight noble hop aroma that leads into a delightfully crisp and clean finish.

"Gold is a North German-style pilsner, cousin to our Czech-style Pilz. Gold is dryer and crisper, with more focus towards the floral Noble hops from the Hallertau region. The clean fermenting German lager yeast allows the hops to shine through the subtle, dry malt profile. As in all of our lagers, we use the traditional ingredients of time and temperature. Cold fermentation and lagering produces a beer that is brilliant and beautiful. Prost!

Single hopped IPA using Australian Vic Secret Hops. It's got some big time tropical notes going on and a little spice from the rye in the malt bill.

"It's a rye Belgian IPA, dry hopped with cascade, simcoe cryo-pellets, and mosaic cryo-powder. It's named after a hot rod/drag car that our landlord built and used to race. The brewery was a mechanics shop that he ran and worked out of before it became Zilker."
