Real Ale Brewing Co. - Hans Pils
"You might say, a great beer is man’s other best friend. So when we made this German-style pilsner, it just made sense to name it after the brewery’s dog, Hans — our owner’s German Shorthair Pointer. Inspired by the pilsner beers of Northern Germany, Hans is crisp, brightly hoppy and full of flavor. At 50 IBUs and featuring Tettnang hops, it’s even hoppier than many pale ales. The German malt helps create a nice pale golden color and provides the perfect companion to the hops."

Austin Beerworks - Flavor Country
"When we began in 2011 it was impossible to brew this Hoppy Pale Ale. The ingredients weren’t available and the science didn’t exist. Oil rich lupulin powder was just a dream. It brings intense flavor but doesn’t linger, drinks like a hop forward pale ale but doesn’t blow you up and every sip leaves you craving more. It’s so special we had to invent a whole new country to explain it. Welcome."
Hops & Grain - Ampersand w/Spokesman Coffee

World Beer Cup 2018 Gold award winner. An easy-drinking, strawgolden Hefeweizen with a rich mouthfeel and notes of banana and cloves.
Pinthouse (Burnet) - Green Battles
This American Pale Ale (event tho they call it an IPA) is brewed with Mosaic, Citra and Chinook hops, and double, yes, double dry hopped with Cryo-Hops! The result is a juicy pale ale, with refreshing bitterness and notes of sweet orchard fruit, tangerine, coconut, and mango.
Firestone Walker/Pinthouse - Electric Union
This batch of Electric Union IPK was brewed in Paso Robles with our friends Firestone Walker. The name pays homage to both of our flagship IPAs, Electric Jellyfish and Union Jack. This is a new take on the IPA, with plenty of hops and a signature Kölsch yeast. The yeast is one that both of our Brewmasters, Joe Mohrfeld and Matt Brynildson, have a long history with. The result is a delicious IPK, showcasing notes of peach, apricot and grapefruit with a pillowy mouthfeel. It's an easy drinker with a subtle bitter snap at the end.

Jester King & Buddha's Brew Collaboration
A collaboration brew with Buddah's Brew/Austin Texas for the Kombucha tea quotient. This is a light farmhouse ale with a tart grape tastefully blended with soft mineral lime flavors and a hint of the tea. Very classy farmhouse that has a light, well carbonated feel and medium-light body.
Tupps - Juice Pack
Juice Pack is a juicy, hazy double-dry hopped pale ale bursting with fruit flavors. Keep Cold. Drink Fresh.
Hops & Grain/Spokesman - Magic
We took a custom blend of mixed culture Saison chosen with our friends from Spokesman Coffee and then introduced with one of their righteous, locally roasted coffees. The blend of acidity from both the base beer and the coffee coupled with notes of oak, funk, fruit and a touch of citrus make for an experience you won't soon forget. One of a kind and only produced for Partners in Craft!

Texas Keeper - No. 1: Blend
Texas Keeper No. 1 is our flagship cider. It’s crafted from 3-10 apple varieties fermented individually and blended to build a well-balanced, dry cider with notes of ripe pear and melon, subtle rosewater and honeysuckle, with a crisp green apple finish. We ferment the apple varieties in small lots (~300 gallons) on heavy lees to increase fermentation nutrition and add complexity. We try our hardest to keep the ferments cool during fermentation with temperatures peaking at 56F. This cool, long fermentation helps preserve delicate fruit esters. No oak is generally used – we wanted to present the delicacy of the fruit. The ferments for No.1 are racked off heavy lees following fermentation and aged for at least six months on light lees with occasional batonnage. We allow the lots to go through spontaneous malolactic fermentation, which helps soften and broaden the palate of the final blend. The cider is unfiltered in order to keep as much of the complexity intact. We feel a light carbonation best suits Texas Keeper No. 1. It is our example of what we feel great cider should taste like.
Color: light violet, light ruby redBouquet: strong notes of wild strawberry, typical of the Nero d’Avola.Flavor: an exceptionally warm, delicate-structure that strikes the ideal balance between minerality and freshness.
