Austin Beerworks - Flavor Country
"When we began in 2011 it was impossible to brew this Hoppy Pale Ale. The ingredients weren’t available and the science didn’t exist. Oil rich lupulin powder was just a dream. It brings intense flavor but doesn’t linger, drinks like a hop forward pale ale but doesn’t blow you up and every sip leaves you craving more. It’s so special we had to invent a whole new country to explain it. Welcome."
Real Ale - Four Squared
Originally brewed to celebrate the brewery’s 16th anniversary, and wildly popular as a seasonal release, Four Squared lives on in our year round lineup to quench the thirst of both the hop beginners and the most ardent hop heads. Lighter bodied and not too bitter, the balance of Four Squared leans heavily towards its dry hop component, a combination of Crystal, Amarillo and Mosaic hops that brings a brightness to the hop flavor and won't weigh you down. Save the resin and dank for your IPA, this beer is all about the tropical, juicy citrus that grabs you from the first sip. Dry and refreshing, bright and fruity, Four Squared keeps you coming back for more.

Brazos Valley - Double Willin
Double dry hopped version of Willin' Pale Ale. Lots of Mosaic hops!
Vista - Dark Skies
Clean, with hints of coffee and roasted marshmallow. European hops are used to balance the body alongside the German specialty malts and German yeast that impart fruitcake and fresh dough flavors and aromas.
Pinthouse - Training Bines
Training Bines forgoes traditional bitterness in favor of a rounded juicy finish and a wonderfully complex olfaction profile of fruit, citrus, pine and floral notes from some of the Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Mosaic Lupulin Powder, and the Citra hops. An incredibly drinkable, dank, and beautifully nuanced example of what can be done when you focus on the quality of the hop and the farmers who grow it!
Austin Beerworks - Gold Fist
This Belgian-style Golden Ale is Will’s favorite style to make. It’s also Will’s last name. William Golden Ale. True fact. It's fermented with an old school Belgian yeast strain that produces a crazy amount of esters so it smells like sunshine. The color shines like gold. The finish is very dry like a champagne. It’s strong and delicate at the same time. While you are admiring the strong aromatics and classy finish it’s quietly punching you in the back of the head.
Family Business - Hamilton
Apricot, peach, and tropical citrus aroma. Bright, hoppy, and crisp. A focus on late hop additions provides a lot of juicy flavor while keeping bitterness restrained.
Fairweather - Hoppy Common: Motueka
This run of hoppy is certainly our favorite to date. The profile of southern hemisphere hops we feel is ideal for our crisp, fruity but super light cider. These Motueka hops would have been very hard to get hold of if it weren't for the generosity of Bryan at St. Elmo who for all we know altered production because he knew we were so stoked on them. As we are pulling inspiration from the beer domain, this ends up drinking like a super crisp albariño. Soft tropical fruit on the nose with bright with a crisp finish." - John Staples (Crunchiest Owner in the land of Ciders)

Real Ale - Blackberry Gose
A historic style from Northern Germany, Gose is a slightly sour wheat beer known for hints of coriander and a unique saltiness. For a playful twist on the style, we add blackberry puree to the fermenter. The result is a delightfully fruity and refreshingly tart beer full of rich berry flavors to brighten your winter blues and usher you into the coming Spring.

Red Horn - Todo El Dia
Some out of towners say that the one thing they dislike about Texas is that we don’t have seasons. Well, we kind of like that about our state. That’s why we brewed up Todo el Día Mexican Lager. Todo el Día is a beer brewed to drink all day, every day, all year. Crisp Pilsner malt with rustic six row barley and flaked maize leads to a biting dryness with a smooth finish. With or without a lime, this cerveza is just what a Texan needs any day of the year. ¡Salud!
Hops & Grain - Terpene Dream
A hoppy American Pale Ale loaded with Mosaic, Chinook and Nugget hops delivering flavors & aromas of tangerine, grapefruit zest and berries.
Family Business - Americanas
Strikingly elegant and refreshing, our rendition of a Bavarian classic leaves nothing to be desired but another pour. Soft, bready, and bright, this golden lager is the perfect elixir for the Texas heat.

Texas Keeper - Ciderweizen
We build Ciderweizen with witbiers and hefeweizens in mind. Our goal is to marry the underlying citrus and green apple notes of the apples used (generally GoldRush, Golden Delicious, Crispin, Idared) with the lightly hopped and spiced character of old world wheat beers. We used select yeast strains during fermentation to accentuate the right fruit characters in the base cider and dry-hopped and dry-spiced the cider to finish. Ciderweizen is unfiltered, finished with a lively effervescence, and of course gluten free. Flavor Notes: lemon, pear, coriander, cloves, hallertau hops with lingering orange peel on the finish.
J Winery - Pinot Gris
Our J California Pinot Gris opens with delightful aromas of honeysuckle, tangerine and Kaffir lime leaf. This fruit-forward and layered palate has notes of ripe green apple, Meyer lemon and tart pineapple that blend with hints of florals and crisp minerality. A fantastic pairing with food, try this Pinot Gris with Thai green curry with prawns, grilled scallops with bamboo rice or chèvre and honey-preserved kumquats.
Hahn Family Wines - Pinot Noir
The grapes for this charming, fruit-forward wine grow primarily in the cool-climate Arroyo Seco region of Monterey County. This region sits on a gravelly alluvial plain at the foot of the Santa Lucia mountains. Cool winds from Monterey Bay ensure gradual ripening and ideal development of vibrant flavors. After harvest, we age this wine in French oak (40% new, 60% neutral).
This Pinot Noir’s charismatic aromas include red cherry, ripe strawberry, cola and spice. Flavors of plum and black cherry are completed by a soft mouthfeel. Supple tannins and a bit of acidity end in a beautifully balanced and clean finish.
