Real Ale Brewing Co. - Hans Pils
"You might say, a great beer is man’s other best friend. So when we made this German-style pilsner, it just made sense to name it after the brewery’s dog, Hans — our owner’s German Shorthair Pointer. Inspired by the pilsner beers of Northern Germany, Hans is crisp, brightly hoppy and full of flavor. At 50 IBUs and featuring Tettnang hops, it’s even hoppier than many pale ales. The German malt helps create a nice pale golden color and provides the perfect companion to the hops."

Austin Beerworks - Flavor Country
"When we began in 2011 it was impossible to brew this Hoppy Pale Ale. The ingredients weren’t available and the science didn’t exist. Oil rich lupulin powder was just a dream. It brings intense flavor but doesn’t linger, drinks like a hop forward pale ale but doesn’t blow you up and every sip leaves you craving more. It’s so special we had to invent a whole new country to explain it. Welcome."

Hops & Grain - The One They Call Zoe
"Zoe is brewed in a mildly traditional manner, very similar to many of the German lagers of the old world but dry-hopped to add an extra layer of complexity. This beer is based on pale and Vienna malts, light to golden in color with a beautiful white layer of foam resting on top, constantly delivering floral and citrus dry-hop aromatics with every sip. Zoe is meant to be paired with, well, life! With notes of lightly toasted bread, floral hops and an incredibly smooth finish we hope that Zoe is everything that you’ve been searching for in a pale lager."

World Beer Cup 2018 Gold award winner. An easy-drinking, strawgolden Hefeweizen with a rich mouthfeel and notes of banana and cloves.

Live Oak - Smoaktoberfest
Smoaktoberfest is a smoked version of our fall classic, Oaktoberfest. Using traditional beechwood-smoked barley malt, this lager is pleasantly cloaked in smoke, malt, and hops. Noble hops offer a faint bitterness enveloped in the flavor of smoked malt. After fermentation with proper Bavarian lager yeast, we condition the beer to allow time to round out the malt character and to develop a clean, smoky finish. O’zapft Is!
Fairweather Cider - Hoppy Common
Mellow but also kind of yellow. Our common cider is your daily driver, super dry and refreshing with a farmhouse style. Hops: Azacca & Cascade.
Zilker - Coffee Milk Stout w/Spokesman Mocabe
nspired by Cafe’ Cubano, this 5.9% American stout is brewed with lactose and Huila Acevedo coffee beans from our friends at Flat Track Coffee Roasters. The beans produce a soft, sweet, savory profile with hints of cherry that pair perfectly with the beers’ creamy texture and burnt sugar notes.
St. Elmo + Spokesman - Domino
Domino is the combination of Ethiopia Bishan Fugu Natural + Colombia Buenos Aires Natural topped with heavy doses of Azacca + Simcoe + Cascade and balanced by Oats and Pilsner Malt.
Real Ale - Four Horsemen
The 2017 release of Four Horsemen marks the first release to have aged in our very own whiskey barrels. When Real Spirits emptied its first round of Signature Blend Whiskey barrels, they were quickly filled with Black Quad and laid to rest. After 7 months, the beer emerged, featuring aromas of dark, dried fruit, vanilla, and maple, with a noticeable yet soft level of oak to balance. This beer will pair wonderfully with rich, soft cheese, dessert, and our favorite handcrafted single malt whiskey.

(512) Double IPA
We went all out on the hops for our 2nd Anniversary release, a Double IPA. Eight varieties of hops (including Glacier, Horizon, Nugget, and Columbus) spread out over 10 different additions (including whole-leaf Simcoe and Nugget in the grant, and 2 separate dry-hoppings!) add up to 99 IBUs of pure hoppy goodness. A solid malt backbone supports the smooth bitterness, complex flavors, and intoxicating aroma. And like all (512) ales, this one is made using over 80% USDA certified organic ingredients.
Firestone Walker/Pinthouse - Electric Union
This batch of Electric Union IPK was brewed in Paso Robles with our friends Firestone Walker. The name pays homage to both of our flagship IPAs, Electric Jellyfish and Union Jack. This is a new take on the IPA, with plenty of hops and a signature Kölsch yeast. The yeast is one that both of our Brewmasters, Joe Mohrfeld and Matt Brynildson, have a long history with. The result is a delicious IPK, showcasing notes of peach, apricot and grapefruit with a pillowy mouthfeel. It's an easy drinker with a subtle bitter snap at the end.

Redhorn - More Better
Hazy, soft, juicy, bright, and refreshing. More Better Double IPA is a unique IPA inspired by the beers made by certain brewers in the Philly area. Brewed with tons of oats, flaked wheat, lactose sugar, pureed apples, Blood Orange Puree and pounds of vanilla.. oh, and let's not forget the copious amounts of Cascade, and Citra hops. A juicy creaminess, a touch sweet balanced with a subtle bitter, and bold fruit notes make this double IPA something to sip and ponder.

Zilker - Fiero
Fiero is a German style Kolsch. What's a Kolsch? Is it a Lager, an Ale, who knows, it's just delicious. We gave the Fiero a brief lagering time of 2 weeks to clarify, and make sure it's as crushable as possible.

Zilker - Heavenly Daze
Named after our favorite ski run in Steamboat Springs, Co, this heavily dry hopped IPA has loads of Mosaic Powder, Citra Hops, and Simcoe Powder. This hop blend is best described Dank Citrus.

Texas Keeper - No. 1: Blend
Texas Keeper No. 1 is our flagship cider. It’s crafted from 3-10 apple varieties fermented individually and blended to build a well-balanced, dry cider with notes of ripe pear and melon, subtle rosewater and honeysuckle, with a crisp green apple finish. We ferment the apple varieties in small lots (~300 gallons) on heavy lees to increase fermentation nutrition and add complexity. We try our hardest to keep the ferments cool during fermentation with temperatures peaking at 56F. This cool, long fermentation helps preserve delicate fruit esters. No oak is generally used – we wanted to present the delicacy of the fruit. The ferments for No.1 are racked off heavy lees following fermentation and aged for at least six months on light lees with occasional batonnage. We allow the lots to go through spontaneous malolactic fermentation, which helps soften and broaden the palate of the final blend. The cider is unfiltered in order to keep as much of the complexity intact. We feel a light carbonation best suits Texas Keeper No. 1. It is our example of what we feel great cider should taste like.
Candy Apple Rose
Querceto - Tuscan Red
