Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, HefeWeizen is cloudy and straw-colored with a meringue-like head that lingers to the bottom of the glass. Brewed with equal parts wheat and barley malts and few hops, this beer features a unique yeast strain that produces harmonious notes of clove, banana, and vanilla. A proper execution of the classic style, this idiosyncratic Bavarian style is perfectly at home here in Texas.

Live Oak Gold
"Gold is a North German-style pilsner, cousin to our Czech-style Pilz. Gold is dryer and crisper, with more focus towards the floral Noble hops from the Hallertau region. The clean fermenting German lager yeast allows the hops to shine through the subtle, dry malt profile. As in all of our lagers, we use the traditional ingredients of time and temperature. Cold fermentation and lagering produces a beer that is brilliant and beautiful. Prost!
Zilker Galaxy Pale
"Tropical, bright citrus, stone fruit, hazy. Fermented with a NE experimental yeast. To complement the Galaxy hops , we feathered in some Amarillo and Mosaic hops."

Unlike traditional hop additions, where bittering is achieved by boiling hops for an extended period, all the hop bitterness, aroma and flavor for this one is achieved by holding back the hop additions until late in the boil. The Result? A BURST of hops unlike anything we’ve done before. Hop varieties include some of our citrusy favorites like Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra and a new hop to us, Eukanot, which adds some tropical fruitiness too. Enjoy!"

Lone Pint 667: The Number of The Beast
"Our American India Pale Ale uses bountiful amounts of American two row malted barley and a sprinkle of Maris Otter in combination with three bold whole cone American hops. The hops are individually transitioned throughout the boil to highlight each hop's bittering and flavoring characteristics. Post-fermentation, 667 is dry hopped with vast amounts of the same three hops. The beer is named after a phrase someone scrawled into the wall of our favorite college watering hole."
