Real Ale Brewing Co. - Hans Pils
"You might say, a great beer is man’s other best friend. So when we made this German-style pilsner, it just made sense to name it after the brewery’s dog, Hans — our owner’s German Shorthair Pointer. Inspired by the pilsner beers of Northern Germany, Hans is crisp, brightly hoppy and full of flavor. At 50 IBUs and featuring Tettnang hops, it’s even hoppier than many pale ales. The German malt helps create a nice pale golden color and provides the perfect companion to the hops."

Austin Beerworks - Flavor Country
"When we began in 2011 it was impossible to brew this Hoppy Pale Ale. The ingredients weren’t available and the science didn’t exist. Oil rich lupulin powder was just a dream. It brings intense flavor but doesn’t linger, drinks like a hop forward pale ale but doesn’t blow you up and every sip leaves you craving more. It’s so special we had to invent a whole new country to explain it. Welcome."

Hops & Grain - The One They Call Zoe
"Zoe is brewed in a mildly traditional manner, very similar to many of the German lagers of the old world but dry-hopped to add an extra layer of complexity. This beer is based on pale and Vienna malts, light to golden in color with a beautiful white layer of foam resting on top, constantly delivering floral and citrus dry-hop aromatics with every sip. Zoe is meant to be paired with, well, life! With notes of lightly toasted bread, floral hops and an incredibly smooth finish we hope that Zoe is everything that you’ve been searching for in a pale lager."
Zilker - Cheeky Bugger
100% English Maris Otter Pale malt, hopped with Challenger and Willamette, and fermented with a traditional English yeast strain. Perfectly balanced with a hint of bready character from the malt, and a refreshing crisp bite from the hops.
Hops & Grain - Terpene Dream
A hoppy American Pale Ale loaded with Mosaic, Chinook and Nugget hops delivering flavors & aromas of tangerine, grapefruit zest and berries.
Hops & Grain - Broot Point
The base grain bill for this beer is fairly simple, consisting of base malt, corn, naked golden oats and a touch of acidulated malt. The weirdness comes in the utilization of an enzyme that helps to break down otherwise unfermentable sugars into something digestible by our yeast. The end result is a bone dry base beer with heaps of juicy, fruit forward hops representing notes of pineapple, orange julius, creamsicle, hints of lemon lime and a nice, zingy carbonation. Bitterness is practically absent but and the super dry crisp finish makes this an uber refreshing hop forward treat! Dry-hopped with a unique blend of Loral, Meridan and Chinook hops and fermented with only our healthiest yeast.
Saint Arnold - Pub Crawl
Way back in 1995, we wanted to come up with a fun event that was allowed under the then-current beer laws of Texas. Pre-announced promotions at specific locations were forbidden, but a pub crawl with only hints given as to where the stops would be was legal. It was then that the Saint Arnold Pub Crawl - part pub crawl, part scavenger hunt - was born. Our first one had 25 attendees and included a sit down dinner for the entire crew at the now-defunct Village Brewery in Rice Village. The laws have since changed, but our Pub Crawls have continued. We now host them almost monthly around the Houston area and our other markets. To add to this tradition, we're debuting a beer that's hoppy, balanced and - at 4.7% ABV - perfect for enjoying throughout a Pub Crawl. This crisp, sessionable Pale Ale is brewed with a combination of hops: Centennial hops at the beginning of the boil for bitterness, and Amarillo and Galaxy hops at the end for the bulk of the flavor and aroma. Two Row Pale and Maris Otter English Pale malts give the beer a slight color and tiny amount of sweetness. Golden naked oats malt lend a nutty, more full-bodied flavor, and the London III yeast accentuates the hop flavor and aroma.
Saint Arnold - Art Car w/Peaches
Art Car IPA is an American IPA featuring a blend of both new and old hop varieties from the Pacific Northwest. The nose is a blend of apricot and tropical fruit and mango. The taste starts with a big bitter blood orange that morphs into mangos and sweet tropical fruits. There is a lightly sweet malt body that allows the hops to shine while maintaining a nice complexity to the flavors.
Saint Arnold Citra-odos
This beer is a crisp clean IPA that has, you guessed it, lots of Citra hops, and some Centennial hops. The aroma is bursting with citrus, fruit and some tropical notes.
(512) Saison - Chardonnay Barrel Kissed
"Our Ninth Anniversary release is a special farmhouse style Saison brewed with simple, classic ingredients but carefully crafted to finish dry with a noticeable hop character. We added an ancient wheat called Einkorn to give this beer a link to the distant past as well. Like the Belgian farmhouse beers once offered to seasonal farm hands as a daily stipend, our version conjures up warm summer days that roll into cool harvest nights. The next time we release this it will be called our Saison. Enjoy!"

"Our latest IPA creation, uses a new technique designed to maximize hop character. Unlike traditional hop additions, where bittering is achieved by boiling hops for an extended period, all the hop bitterness, aroma and flavor for this one is achieved by holding back the hop additions until late in the boil. The Result? A BURST of hops unlike anything we’ve done before. Hop varieties include some of our citrusy favorites like Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra and a new hop to us, Eukanot, which adds some tropical fruitiness too. Enjoy!"
Adelberts - Travelin' Man
“New school intercontinental IPA.” This beer is a soft, juicy, flavor bomb of an IPA with an amalgamation of tastes and aromas spanning the hop rainbow. It’s a fresh beer that should be consumed quickly, but can continue to evolve in the package for months due to massive dry hopping and biotransformations.
Vista - Dark Skies
Clean, with hints of coffee and roasted marshmallow. European hops are used to balance the body alongside the German specialty malts and German yeast that impart fruitcake and fresh dough flavors and aromas.
