Hops & Grain - River Beer
River Beer is our take on a classic style, Premium American Lager. We blend high quality German malt, fresh hops and the finest lager yeast to create a beer of extra fine quality and superb drinkability. In the glass, the beer is crystal clear, crystal clean and pairs well with 5 more. Light and bready malt character blends with a slight noble hop aroma that leads into a delightfully crisp and clean finish.
Austin Beerworks - Flavor Country
When we began in 2011 it was impossible to brew this Hoppy Pale Ale. The ingredients weren’t available and the science didn’t exist. Oil rich lupulin powder was just a dream. It brings intense flavor but doesn’t linger, drinks like a hop forward pale ale but doesn’t blow you up and every sip leaves you craving more. It’s so special we had to invent a whole new country to explain it. Welcome.
Live Oak - Berliner Weisse
Originating in 17th century Berlin, this unique Weissbier undergoes kettle-souring with Lactobacillus giving it a refreshing lemony tartness. Because of its dry effervescence Napoleon dubbed it the “Champagne of the north."
Pinthouse - Old Beluga
Our director of brewing, like so many other brewers, started his journey into craft beer as a homebrewer over 10 years ago, and one of the first beers he ever brewed on his stove was an Extra Special Bitter inspired by some of England's finest examples. In constructing the recipe for our Old Beluga Amber Ale he looked back on his notes from that first ESB he ever brewed, realized it probably wasn't as great of a beer as he thought it was at the time, and worked on a recipe that blended elements of the English-Style ESB with those of an American Amber. The result is a delightfully complex, malt-forward Amber Ale filled with aromas and flavors of cherry, nuttiness, and an earthy-herbal hop profile to balance it all out.
Zilker - Neon Summer
All our summer hazies start with Pilsner malt to lighten up the mood. Then a touch of wheat and oats are added to make it interesting. For this batch, we brought together a beautiful blend of Motueka, Ekuanot cryo, and Loral cryo. Expect a bright burst of citrus zest and lemon on the nose, followed up with some nice dankness.
Family Business - The Grackle
Rich, robust, maillard. Notes of coffee, prunes, baker’s chocolate, and heavily roasted malts are complimented by a lingering alcohol warmth. Full bodied and full of attitude.
Austin Beerworks - Tropical Einhorn
Low alcohol, decidedly tart, incredibly refreshing. And more fun than water. Also known as Finkle. This patch 100% Pure Tropical flavor.
Firestone Walker/Russian River - STiVO
Originally brewed as a one-off collaboration with Russian River Brewing Company for the 2016 Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Festival, STiVO is making a comeback for fans of new age hoppy pilsners. Limited draft-only release. STiVO is an immaculately conceived mashup of Russian River’s STS pilsner and our own Pivo pilsner. STiVO combines the best of both beers to create a hoppy pilsner that provides a unique combination of heft and drinkability. Ever since the original release of STiVO, fans have wondered if it would return—now it’s finally back for a limited time.
Live Oak - IPA
It highlights the citrus forward aromas and flavors of Azacca, Ahtanum, and Amarillo. Amarillo definitely presents more with orange-like characteristics while Azacca and Ahtanum are more subtle grapefruit and lemon-like.
Southern Heights - Jam Session
Nearly 500 pounds of delicious raspberry puree from @oregonfruitfermentation goes into making this one a true work of tart.
Real Ale - El Guapo
When you brew a beer with salt and lime, its only a matter of time before you start thinking about tequila. While our Gose is fermented in stainless steel fermenters with a final addition of pureed limes and lactic acid, El Guapo sees a much different evolution of flavor. Before adding limes and lactic acid, the finished beer was racked into tequila and mezcal barrels where it would undergo secondary fermentation with lactic acid producing bacteria. The result is a soft sourness from lactobacillus, subtle oak and smoke from the mezcal and tequila, and a refreshing saltiness on the finish.
Last Stand - FUZZIELUSCIOUS
Made with Chinook, Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado. Super Hazy & Juicy!!!
North By Northwest - Guava Zombie Dragon
Heavily hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado hops in whirlpool and dry-hop stages give this brew a big, juicy hop profile without being overly bitter. This batch includes the addition of Guava y’all!
Tupps - Juice Pack
Juice Pack is a juicy, hazy double-dry hopped pale ale bursting with fruit flavors. Keep Cold. Drink Fresh.
Gatorade - Glacier Freeze
This ain't yo mama's sugar, water, blue.
Texas Keeper - Ciderweizen
Our goal with the Ciderweizen was to marry the underlying pear and green apple notes from the Crispin and lemon-grapefruit of the Goldrush apples to the floral and spicied notes of old world Wit Beers and German style Hefeweizens. We dry hopped and spiced the Ciderweizen with that plan in mind. Ciderweizen is unfiltered, finished with a lively effervescence, and naturally gluten free. Notes of lemon, pear, coriander, cloves, hallertau hops with lingering orange peel on the finish.
Fairweather - Milky Fruity
Hazy boi cider hopped with wai-iti and el dorado with mango and lactose.
Spokesman - Marky Mark and The Funky Punch
Another one. Juices of pineapple and pomegranate with a skosh of grapefruit juice, combined with kiwi shrub, spiced syrup, chili bitters and sparkling wine!
